I am thinking about getting a gaming PC but I don't know what to get. I don't want to spend any more than a $1K for the rig

I just did a water cooled mATX build for about $2K. I reused my PSU and SSDs.

$2500 for a new rig.....I could go wild! I have spent generally about $12-1500 on a new rig. I could get a serious rig for that much! If you want I can work up a Newegg list of what I would do.
