Origin keeps updating

If anyone has been having the same issue as me, where Origin updates every time it starts... I stopped this by removing and reinstalling Origin as administrator (which may not have been required)

now it does not update!

Have you checked the BF4 forums? I heard someone else talking about this. I keep having the issue of sound cutting out.

I also have sound issue, only cure I know of is to exit game, close browser, close Origin. Then restart Origin and try again. This has work every time for me but annoying.
