okay, I think its time for an upgrade, mainly I think I need a new video card. Any suggestions?

It's difficult to tell you what graphics card is appropriate for your system without know the rest of your system's components.

Power supply? Amount of Ram, Speed, and Timings? Processor and speed? Computer case?
And finally, what kind of budget do you have?
Dual Xeon X5670 Processors, GTX 1060 6GB, 72GB RAM
24" 1920x1080 144Hz Monitor
