It looks like anyone with BF3 Premium and most people with MOH:W will automatically have access to the Beta:

Looks good but after the crap they pulled with MOHW, I'm not sure I will give them anymore of my money.

MOH:W was developed by Danger Close Games but built on the Frostbite engine by DICE. DICE developed BF3 and is developing BF4 so hopefully that won't be as big of an issue. Not that BF3 was ever really perfect though.

They were EA games and since EA handled the marketing promotions and didn't do much of anything for MOHW as they originally did for Bad Company (Original) or BC2 or BF3. Then after it was only released for 2 months, they called it a failure and was pulling it out of the rotation for any new releases of the title. EA was the cause of it failing because they didn't market it properly nor did they implement fixes for any of the bugs because they technically released the game for it's beta testing phase. It was never really a finished product because they wanted it out in time for Christmas.

Look like it's just another expensive expansion for BF3.
