Funding for TS, Procon layer, BF4 stats and BF4 server is handled thru Gameservers clanpay system.
There is NO similar system in place for BF1 servers. If and when they become usable, CAs will handle initial funding and setup a plan, if EA does not, for members' contributions.

Gameserver account is funded for foreseeable future. Please hold further donations until EA fixes or give up on BF1 servers as how they will be funded remains a mystery.
