I wont stop gaming but it wont be an every day thing since these things are high maintenance.
See you guys in Teamspeak!
The far one with the flames is a nitro buddy. The orange and black is a truggy :) Both are 1/8th scale.

Last fall there was an eastern NY vs western NY competition. My truggy is the lower left. The west side won and we plan to again this year :)

Heres a good picture literally after i finished cutting it and fitting it to the buggy last weekend :) Unfortunately i forgot my stickers at home so i raced it naked, which was weird. Although I dont get any kick backs for it i proudly advertise my small local hobby shop, Performance Hobbies :)

Racing comes at a cost even at this scale. Getting started is very expensive, especially with a hobby grade RCs like Mugen Seiki Racing. Maintaining is mostly time. A lot of it. You can see the difference between the guys that are finicky about their maintenance to those that break every weekend :) This buggy runs on a mixture of Methanol with 20% nitro-methane. To be specific Byrons Race 2000 Gen2. Its only $34/gallon. I should get about 30 tanks out of a gallon.
